Participants of all ages are welcome to drop in and work independently or together to further understand the basic fundamentals and form of boxing while performing cardio and strength conditioning drills and exercises... Each individual will be able to access every area available including but not limited to equipment, bags, workout area etc and please note indoor/ boxing shoes are required while boxing gloves, hand wraps and jump ropes are available for a one time non refundable service fee giving you outright ownership of selected items and feel free to bring in a sweat towel and a water bottle refill for yourself, a monthly pass is available for $100 which also allows for a 50% off all group, individual or partner sessions, whatever works best for you, LET'S WORK, LET'S ROLL!!!

Closed group session/ 3-5 people maximum

Youth Boxing Program

Coach Jose is amazing. I’ve only had a few sessions and I’ve learned so much. He helps you get the fundamentals down and explains why we need to do it a certain way. I already feel stronger and better. Great gym space, great vibes. I feel like family there.
