I love that its located by the Whole Foods on Ashland. The workout is pulling off the pounds and I can eat whatever I want now.

Im 62 years old and this is helping me physically feel better and stronger than I have in a while. Started off easy and working my way up to new things. No contact punching, and I look forward to class.

Could not recommend this gym enough. Coach Jose is very passionate and focuses on each individual throughout the class. The other members of the gym are inviting, and I feel I have developed a real community.
