Im 62 years old and this is helping me physically feel better and stronger than I have in a while. Started off easy and working my way up to new things. No contact punching, and I look forward to class.

Could not recommend this gym enough. Coach Jose is very passionate and focuses on each individual throughout the class. The other members of the gym are inviting, and I feel I have developed a real community.

I enjoyed my first boxing class. We started out with some simple annd effective exercises that will help me tone up and limber up. I felt a sense of accomplishment today, and look forward to the next class.

Coach Jose is amazing. If you really want to learn boxing, this is where you go. He's uniquely passionate about the sport, being a coach, and the potential of everyone. You don't have to spare (or compete), but if you want to, he'll get you there.
