One on One session

Form your own group with up to 4 other people to learn the basic fundamentals and form of boxing alongside cardio and strength conditioning. Group members may be switched from session to session. Please note indoor/ boxing shoes are required while boxing gloves, hand wraps and jump ropes are available for a one time non refundable service fee giving you outright ownership of selected items. Feel free to bring a sweat towel and some high quality H2O for yourself and LET'S WORK, LET'S ROLL!!!...

Closed group session/ 3-5 people maximum

Work with a partner of your choice (friend, sibling, bestie, familia member, etc) and or bring a different person every session to learn the basic fundamentals and form of boxing alongside cardio and strength conditioning.
