One on One session

Form your own group with up to 4 other people to learn the basic fundamentals and form of boxing alongside cardio and strength conditioning. Group members may be switched from session to session. Closed group session/ 3-5 people maximum

Work with a partner of your choice (friend, sibling, bestie, familia member, etc) and or bring a different person every session to learn the basic fundamentals and form of boxing alongside cardio and strength conditioning.
